Yum!
Yes that is a puff stuck on the side of her face. When I took it off she looked at me as if she was thinking "Hey! I was saving that for later!" Aunt Laurie if you don't like the bib get her a green one and it will get equal usage.
When I saw that I went, "WHAT IS THAT?!" in my head. Then I read the text. Hahahaha :)
